Evita Trembley Music Teacher

Platinum Lessons: Voice, Piano, & Speech Coaching​

Gold Lessons: Ukulele, Guitar, &Violin​

  • Holds two music degrees from two prestigious music       schools – a Masters in Voice Performance degree from the Chicago College of Performing Arts, and a Bachelors in Voice Performance degree from The University of Toronto (also known as "The Juilliard of Canada")

  • Has over eight years of experience in teaching private and group lessons for advanced voice, intermediate piano, intermediate ukulele, and beginner guitar to students of all ages and abilities

  • Creates specialized lesson plans and innovative activities  for neurodivergent students, and students with behavioral needs 

  • Extensive performance background that has led her to perform on stages in Canada, Rome, and Chicago, and has allowed her to thrive in preparing her young advanced voice students for performances and competitive auditions

  • Her students have won placements in prestigious programs such as Interlochen Center for the Arts, and ChiArts

  • Experienced in developing general music and theatre programs at schools such as Northside Catholic Academy, Audubon Elementary School, and Jahn Elementary School. 

  • Has spearheaded Group Ukulele Classes, Theatre Camps, and Rock Band Camps to students of all ages

Tyro and Gold Lessons: Violin, Piano, Ukulele, & Cuatro Guitar, Tiple Guitar​

  • Holds two Bachelor's degrees- a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Bradley University 

  • Began music education with Smiling Strings after-school strings program in elementary school along with the Merit School of Music Chamber Music camp, and continued throughout high school and college with Lane Tech High School Advanced and Sinfonietta orchestras, Chicago Cuatro Orchestra, Bradley University Groove Project, Bradley University Women’s Choir, Bradley University Gospel Choir, Bradley University Chorale, and Bradley University Symphony Orchestra 

  • Extensive post-college performance experience with international performances in Denmark and around the Chicagoland area with the Chicago Philharmonic, Chicago City-Wide Symphony Orchestra, Summer Place Theater, and Second City Samba 

  • Volunteer experience with children in a rural school in Honduras and after-school programs and community centers in Chicago

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish

Tyro and Gold Lessons: Guitar, Bass, & Ukulele​

  • Studied Music Composition at Columbia College Chicago

  • Spent three years as Assistant Band Director at St. Joseph High School, arranging pieces for small ensembles, conducting the Jazz Band, and teaching Music Appreciation

  • Has over fifteen years of experience teaching private lessons for ukulele, electric bass, and beginner and intermediate level guitar to students of all ages and abilities

  • Creates specialized lesson plans and innovative activities for neurodiverse students, and students with behavioral needs
